Ocean Solitude! Dog Friendly!

We would recommend this property Positive: House is lovely with furnishings that were homey and comfortable. Negative: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

Positive: The house comfortably fit our family and the kitchen was well stocked. The views are amazing and the neighborhood is friendly. All the bedrooms were good sized and the master bathroom was great! There is a lot of seating for eating meals together. Negative: The back patio was a little smelly and could have been cleaned a little better.

Property location is good, house is nice, upkeep needs some major assistance. Positive: Nice location, facility could be lovely. I have pics but can't get them loaded. Negative: The property is open to pets, which we appreciate very much. However when we arrived both doorway carpets were clearly recently wet on by an animal , the living room carpet needs a good cleaning...stains from past pet owners are thorough out the Livingroom carpet. The windows are not clean, in some cases it looks like something was thown at the window (near front door). In the laundry, the laundry compartments were full of past bedding. The facility is nice itself is nice despite the above. It should be known there are many stairs to climb going in and going out, so probably not the best frit for 73+ age group as ours was. Stairs up to the home and stairs up to the master.

Calm and peaceful Positive: It was peaceful and cozy beautiful view Negative: The bedroom upstairs it looked like someone slept on top of the covers and the bedding didn’t get changed the pillows smelled like men body odor

Positive: Wasnt overly fancy where we felt uncomfortable relaxing, plenty of room, close to beach and food Negative: Lacked basic kitchen essentials and no shower products
